Rob Rollington is a leader and innovator in today’s Gold Coast Real Estate Market. As Principal of First National Surfers Paradise, Rob works tirelessly to expand his clients’ real estate interests and exceed customer expectations. His extensive Gold Coast real estate experience, education and inherent business sense add a level of depth and detail in all transactions Rob is involved in.

Gold Coast born and raised, Rob Rollington has real estate in his blood being a 3rd generation Rollington in the Gold Coast real estate industry. The Rollington family has bought, sold, developed and managed properties on the Gold Coast since the 1940’s and are one of the most experienced and well-respected names throughout the Gold Coast property industry.

Rob commenced his Real Estate apprenticeship 20 years ago in the busy rental department of First National Surfers Paradise while completing his University studies in International Business and Commerce. After several years of rental experience, Rob moved into the sales department under the mentorship of his father, Bob, and in his first year was awarded the highest number of sales and residential listings in the First National Group for the first quarter of 2008.

After successfully completing his studies at the Gold Coast campus of Griffith University majoring in Finance, Accounting and International Business, Rob was selected for a graduate role and shortly after was promoted to senior accountant with PKF Chartered Accountants (Now BDO Chartered Accountants). In this role Rob gained excellent corporate exposure dealing with many major banks, large businesses and international clients. Rob has used these experiences to expand his database and to assist in providing his clients with the highest level of service when buying and selling. With his tireless work ethic Rob used his weekends and evenings and continued to buy and sell Real Estate while he worked as an accountant for 3 years.

In 2011 Rob moved back into a full time Real Estate sales position and has gone from strength to strength. Continuously proven himself to be a highly driven and motivated sales agent who will work determinedly to achieve the best possible result for his clients. Rob is a well-balanced salesman who has achieved excellent results in both the high and low ends of the market and has recently achieved over 500 million in settled sales, earning him a ranking in the top 10 First National QLD Sales agents for the last ten consecutive years. Rob’s achievements are a testament to his hard work, determination and persistence and in 2014 was promoted to the Principal of First National Surfers Paradise.

Rob is a respected authority in the Gold Coast Real Estate market and regularly sought for advice from the city’s leading property valuers and solicitors. He appears regularly for expert commentary on Channel 7, Channel 9 local news bulletins and on local radio programs including the ABC.

Rob resides with his wife, Akoulina, sons Robbie and Alexander in Surfers Paradise.
